About
Quentin Truchy is a French lawyer (avocat) registered with the Dijon Bar. He holds a Master’s degree in rural law from Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University and focuses his practice on agricultural and wine business law.
He gained solid experience in this field through several law firms, in particular alongside Samuel Crevel, a nationally recognised rural law practitioner in Paris.
Based in Dijon since 2020, he works daily with wine estates, négociants and vineyard owners in Burgundy, from the Côte de Nuits to the Côte chalonnaise. He is familiar with the specific features of the Burgundy vineyard: highly fragmented plots, the value attached to each climat and appellation, the role of land-holding companies and long-term leases, and the relationships between estates and négociant houses.
From his offices in Dijon and Paris, he acts for French and international clients throughout France.
